I play "pick-up" football?!
Question: I play "pick-up" football.?
Me and a bunch of my friends play pickup football every wednesday. I am one of the best ones out there and i am the fastest one that plays but i want to know what excercises will make me faster and help me tackle stronger. Plus i want to work on my abs they are kinda fading. I am 6ft 2 and about 160 so i have a nice body I just want to be more ripped and a better ball player. Health Question & Answer

Those are different questions.
Abs:
They may be fading because you are getting less lean. Two things give you good abs. Being lean and doing abdominal exercises or other exercises where you use your core. You need both to "have abs." To stay lean you need to keep your carb/sugar intake to a minimum.
Faster: Shuttle runs, box jumps 2x/week. Most high-schools have spped training for athletic programs. See if you can join it.
