its a long shot, but go visit your doctor and say your height is letting you down, there may be an injection of somesort or a supplement that increases the bone rate.
also if he denies it, i have another long shot. back stretcher. on the market there is this thing i forget the name but look on ebay. basically you strap your ancles in and it turns you upside down, you hang there for a good 20 mins a day upside down, that will stretch your spine. it may increase your height, it certanly does wonders for your back anyway.

At age 21, you've reached your height of 5'7". There's nothing wrong with that height, my b/f is 5"7" or 5'8". You may yet grow OUT (overeating), but not up. Stop worrying; it doesn't help anything.Health Question & Answer
At 21 you are almost certainly fully grown, you will have to learn to live with it, the chances of you growing taller are nil!
