My girlfriends not well?!
Question: My girlfriends not well.?
Shes not long home and getting tummy cramps, nausea, muscle aches.. What could this be and how best can i help her.?Health Question & Answer
Answers:
She could have a stomach bug or food poisoning. She might even have the flu. Have her put on her comfortable pjs and have her lay down in bed. Maybe you could make her some chicken noodle soup. Saltine crackers are good for nausea. Jello is good and popsicles. Keep a trash can close to the bed just in case she does vomit. If she says she feels warm, a cool damp cloth on her forehead will make her feel better. Keep her hydrated by giving her ginger ale, sprite, or gatorade. She should try to sleep if she can. If she gets worse or it lasts more then a day, take her to the doctor. If you think she is getting dehydrated take her to the doctor because it can be serious. I hope I have helped. Tell her I hope she starts feeling better soon. Be a sweet guy and take good care of her!!Health Question & Answer
Could be a stomach virus, or the flu. Does she have a fever.? Have her use peptobismol to control the stomach problems, and make sure she gets fluids (fruit juices are good, they provide extra energy to help fuel your body for the fight against illness), as she could become dehydrated from the vomiting. If it gets worse, don't hesitate to see a doctor!
You need to get yourself some vitamin C to boost your immune system, hopefully if its contagious you won't get it!Health Question & Answer

Try asking her what's wrong.? If she doesn't know, suggest taking some pain killers such as nurofen or paracetamol, going to bed with a hot water bottle, giving her a cuddle and having a sleep. It sounds like she is on her period from your description, but it could be all manner of things for example she may be pregnant, have the flu, or have completely non-related symptoms.
Take her to the doctor or walk in clinic if this gets any worse, it could be nothing, but its best to get it checked out.
Sorry I couldn't be of more help. xxHealth Question & Answer

She might have food poisoning or some kind of flu.
If she's burping a sulphurous (eggy) taste, take her to a hospital, it could be Gastroenteritis.
If she has diarrhea, see above.
It could be anything, simple stomach "bug" or something. Make sure she drinks water if she can keep it down, if she hates vomiting, maxalon (anti-emetics) can stop it.
I'd take her to a doctor mate. Take care of her!Health Question & Answer

Sounds like the flu. Keep her comfy and fix her some tea, like sleepy time or chamomile. Tylenol can help, no aspirin.

Take her to DR's. This could be a gastric intestinal issue and should be checked out. You don't want it to get worse. I've seen people wait to long and end up requiring serious surgeries.Health Question & Answer
