Answers:
They might add a inch, but your safest bet is press ups and bike riding,
press ups is a weight baring exercise, meaning is is good for your bones, bike riding stretches your legs and keeps your cardiovascular levels at a healthy rate after prolonged use.

I think you will be 5ft 8 or 5ft 9, males stop growing at around 20-21, good luck dude.Health Question & Answer

There are several things to do to help you gain a bit more height. They could work, but everyone is different.

Firstly, eat healthy, and cut out all caffeine from your diet. Make sure you get potassium, vitamin D, and calcium. Sleep 8 hours a day, and make sure you do good amounts of cardio exercise.

There are stretches you can do, and what they would do is make the disks in your back more flexible and longer. The stretches I'm about to link will help you gain an inch or 2, but if you keep doing them, and since you are still relatively young, your body will force itself to adapt and you could gain more than just an inch or two.

also, keep in mind, I grew from 6'2" to almost 7 feet after I turned 22, so it's possible to grow even without stretches.Health Question & Answer

your only 17 so u will probably grow more. on the excersize question, im not positive about that. i dont think you can make your bones grow more just by stretching them. and just because your parents are between 5'5" and 5'7" dosnt mean you'll be in that range. some people hit 6ft when their parents arent even 5'4" both. hang in there luvHealth Question & Answer

I am afraid your maximum height potential was determined at the moment of your conception by your genetic make up. Malnutrition, toxins, disease and injury can stop you reaching that potential, but nothing will cause you to exceed it.Health Question & Answer

never heard that before and i very much doubt it have you never heard of growth hormones they are what determin your height so short of having your bones broken and held apart over a year or so to gain possibly 1/2 inch then live with itHealth Question & Answer

Noope. However, you still may grow and try standing up straight, a lot of people just don't do it even though it can add inches to you ( and it is better for your spine)Health Question & Answer
