okay...

so i wanna start to workout
and build a v shape body..

and i don really go to the gym... just at home..
any ideas for a home work out.?


and about muscle pain.. what does it means.?
i tear a muscle.?
or im building the muscle..

some home workouts from the top of my head are;
crunches
sit-ups
push-ups
dumbbells [if you have some]

there is different variations of those that i gave you so make sure you do them all before your body gets used to the same routines.
& also muscle pain means you had a good workout so dont worry..
if you were to tear a muscle you would know!

Things to do for home workouts are:
Push ups, Chin ups ,Sit Ups, Crunches and Dumbells

For the V shape body, you will want to work your Shoulders and Chest, whilst minimising body fat to get a smaller waist.

workouts for d initial 3-4 days do pain coz ur body is not used to d extra effort..
