Sure, sell the ones you won't need, no reason for them to go to waste. Or give them to your close friends, including girls you are friends with. And why not let people know you have them when you are at the party. Cheap condoms should sell really well and with several guys together at the party they will more likely buy them especially if you have one friend there already clued in to be interested in getting some-- then others will follow suit.
