Question: Why does My boyfriend Shake when he is Sleeping.?
So my boyfriend shakes a lot when he is sleeping!
even if he takes a short nap...
I've heard that it happens because he is active... but he doesn't work out as much as he used to no more!
Should i be worried.?
Is it Serious.?

This is what I have heard. When your sleeping really still, your body sends a jolt of adrenaline throughout the body to make sure it's still "alive". But if he is constantly shaking I don't know what that is. The jolt is only every once in a while. sorry if this does not help any.Health Question & Answer

You know...when i'm sleeping, I noticed that somtimes i wake up. Not that its morning time haha but my arm or something moves so fast and sudden that it wakes me up. Thing is I don't remember dreaming or anything at all. But, yeah i don't really know if I have a hard time moving or not because I would be to tired to even move.

Anyways...your problem is probably because in the day time...you
-Consume lots of energy drinks (other sources) sugars
-Over work your self (to the point your muscles burn out)
-Lack of sleep at night
At night time you go to rest with all that surplus amp in your body wanting to be burnt up so it goes to your muscles, which is already burnt out. Causing the serious shaking because the energy molecules have no place to be used. Lets just say its like...driving a car with a bad transmission.. you got plenty of fuel, and your engine is producing lots of power but all that power is going no where kuhz the transmission is worn out and the energy is not being utilized.. Get it.?

no it is just something some people do at night. my grandpa used to do this and so my grandparents had to get separate beds. hope it is not that bad. however, if it is not every night and he sweats a lot during it and feels tired and dizzy in the morning then he is having seizures and needs to go to the doctorHealth Question & Answer
