feeling nausiated?
Question:
Answer:
Check with your physician, if you have one. It may be related to anxiety, or it may not. I'd say that any time something changes and does not go away, it's always safest to check with a professional. Sadly, in my experience, once you have a mental health diagnosis, many overworked doctors will say that anything you come up with is just another symptom. In my case, I had loads of GI issues and my doctor kept refusing to test me saying it was my depression. I turned out to be fructose and lactose intolerant, and I wasted five years of my life in unnecessary pain before they bothered to test me.
If nausea persists and it is not a common symptom for your condition, be assertive and insist that they seek an explanation. Do not let yourself be discriminated because you have anxiety issues. It is simply not ethical!
In the meantime, ginger is a good harmless nausea-killer. You can have it in pills, tea, or in ginger ale that is actually brewed with ginger (find it in your healthfood store, if there is any near you). Unfortunately, these seem to come unannounced, so having the ginger ale at home won't help much when you're about town. But it may be nice to have it once in a while
Best luck.
ur best bet is to call your doctor up and tell him wats going on he might just tell u a solution over the phone or he might want u to come in for a checkup
