feeling ill in the midwest?
Question:
Answer:
Most times when you get the flu shot, you still get the flu and some times the case is worse then if you'd taken your chances. it doesn't also help living in the Midwest with the drastic weather changes...drink plenty of fluids, rest as much as you can and to be safe I'd call the doctor, but more then likely if it's virus they are not going to give you anything. I always go buy the odorless/ tasteless gel caps of Garlic from Wal-Mart (they are in the vitamin aisle) and take two the first time then one every hour or so after that, garlic is a natural antibiotic whenever I get something it usually only lasts a day or two, just be sure you nibble on a cracker or take it with milk, sometimes if you take it on an empty stomach you'll burp garlic.
strep throat, to the doctor.
Do you have allergies ?
Maybe you should see a doctor. You may need an antibiotic.
We have had a lot of sick kids at school this year. See a doctor.
