fear of becoming of medical error may lead patients to what?

Question:

Answer:
to not seek medical attention
but this fear comes from having previously been a victim of medical error
I am sorry, I do not understand the question.
It may lead some patients to try home remedies. Some work, some don't, but what's important here is the comfort of the patient. The intelligent doctors, while greatly skilled, want very little patient contact and it shows in the way they talk to them. The average doctors, still knowledgeable but not brilliant, seem more willing to become involved by asking questions and then waiting patiently for the answers. These, I think, have the best longevity/survival rate in the profession, because they naturally develop more loyalty. And finally: what do you call a doctor who passed his final exam by 1 point? Answer: Doctor. Considered by many to be the antichrist of medicine, these types seem more than willing to run up insurance rates for their fellow man. Perhaps, the laws for malpractice should be targeted at these and not the entire medical practice as a whole.
Hmmmm.... I wonder if any studies have been done?
Good luck!
