Risks
Blood pressure

A study has shown that a test group which only had intercourse had, as a whole, lower blood pressure in stressful situations than those who had intercourse but also had masturbated for one or more days (Brody, 2006).-

Also the studies show that if you practice musturbation without any fear of anyone coming inside, has no such effects or anxiety-
no
nope.. you just need some exercise.....
Quite the opposite, actually. Masturbation has been shown to reduce blood pressure and anxiety because of the relaxation involved. It's also good for your heart rate, complexion and blood flow.
I would think that it would initially - during the masturbating - cause your heart rate to increase which may be why you feel pain in your chest - I would go see my doctor if I were you because masturbating should be a stress-reliever AND should not cause you to feel pain in your chest! Best wishes.
This are the normal symptoms whether u are having sex or doing masturbation.
So, U need not worry.
Both, have equal effect on your health.
it certainly raises your blood pressure but if you are actually using your right hand then pain in the laft arm is a bit of a worry
get youself checked out as any pain in the chest or left arm needs proferssional attention. and do it quickly.
Yes. Rajander. Masterbation is an unnatural method of sexual satisfaction. When you masterbate you are arousing sex in you with force. and when sex is aroused the blood pressure is on high side. If you feel pain in your chest during masterbation and pain in your arm, it is indicator that you are suffering from angiena, which is also a very serious heart disease. You should consult with heart specailist and get your heart checked so that timely action can be taken by you. First please avoid masterbtion and also avoid too much rich diet so that you can digest your diet very easily and without pressure and mental stress.
In approx. 15 minutes so many Qs abt masturbation.
It seems 2day is masturbation day.
i donno what does it mean????????????//
It could raise your BP but will not hurt you.Exercise will raise your BP also but not for long times.High BP is measured when you are not active or no exercise. As for pains in your chest it may be do to your breathing hard,or tensing up your body. And your arm well maybe that's the arm you are using for masturbating. And if you feel so much pain when doing it then don't do it or go see a doctor.
if u are relegious then obviously it does if u r not then enjoy ur self ;)
What errant nonsense, mushtaq_ahmed43 has to offer for advice.

I don't know why you'd have chest pain or other symptoms indicative of coronary arrest when you have a **** unless you have some underlying condition that you're not disclosing. Ask you doctor about it. It might seem awkward to you but they live for this sort of thing. And the only stupid question with your doc is the one you failed to ask. It may save your life.
Masturbating has no direct relation with BP or raise anxiety! Anxiety is due to psychic disorder and pressuring you brain to think more. Over intercourse may effect BP but not masturbation.
