Feeling extremely sick at night.?

Question:
For the past two weeks or so, I have been feeling incredibly sick at night. I know that I am not pregnant. I am fine all throughout the day, but as soon as nightime hits, I feel nausious. It is also very hard for me to eat anything. At night I almost have to force food down my throat. On top of feeling sick, I have been very dizzy and uncordinated. It is hard for me to keep balance. If anyone might have any idea what is wrong with me and why suddenly I would begin to feel this way, I would love some feedback. It use to be very bad headaches as well, but that has resided. Now it is just not feeling myself at all through the night. But I do have a load of energy through the day.

Answer:
Are you taking any medications during the day or in the evening? And, are you absolutely sure that your aren't pregnant? My suggestion to you is to go to the doctor and tell him your exact symptoms. He will be able to give you a diagnosis in no time or he can run whatever tests needs to be run. Best of luck to you. You will be in my thoughts and prayers!
I hate to ask,but are you positive you aren't pregnant? I only had 'morning sickness' in the evening and always has energy during the day. Or your equilibrium could be off balance.Maybe you should get a complete physical, including bloodwork.Good luck!
Are you taking a vitamin or a medication in the late afternoon or evening? It may be that. Otherwise, I would consult a physician.
It's time to see the doctor and tell HIM, these symptoms! Do
you live at home? Get your mom to take you. If you're on your own, still get there. You need an exam, some blood work, maybe xrays. Are you sure this is only happening at night,
or do you just suppress the symptoms in the daytime? This could be anything from the flu, to food poisoning, to who knows?
Don't let it get worse--get help.
This is a longshot, but could you be developing diabetes? A normal sugar in the morning would leave you feeling energetic and good. Higher sugars that might develop during the day after meals could cause the nausea, dizziness, and lack of coordination. If you have additional symptoms like thirst or frequent urination or tingling in fingers and toes you probably should see a doc.

Headaches with nausea are common and could well be migraine.
But what is disturbing here is the fact that you are finding it difficult to maintain balance, which needs further evaluation.
