mmh.. well i don't know what exactly to say but i guess you should try the better routine of excersice: to walk just 15, 20 minutes per day you will feel so much better it will give you energy and besides excercise releases endorphins so you'll be more like this :)
i knew a guy with the same problem he was really chubby and had big BIG thighs he is a very sweet person but he was shy. so in about ..10 months almost a year bah! he lose 20kg (i'm from mexico) -don't know pounds- but that's A LOT just walkin 20minutes every mornig, also changed the attitud on him... SO if it worked on him... probably works on you, try it. good luck :)
if ur obviously overweight, u should start dieting.. and as 4 it wearing u down emotionally, think of all the positive things about ur body u can think of
