I work nights and if i stay up til the sun comes up it is hard for me to get to sleep.
hell yeah when i went on holiday i found it really hard to sleep at night as my head was hurting from the sun! and artificial lights too! like a lamp or bedroom light, keep it dim!
Yes.
If you live around the Artic Circle where the sun will shine all day and night, it is difficult to sleep as your body is more attune to the sun's movements. In that case, in talking with people who were stationed up there, that it is difficult to sleep during that time of year. In order to sleep, they made sure that all light was blocked from the windows and did their best to sleep.
i have never heard of that.they reckon getting sunshine is important for your health as it absorbs vitamin d and calcium.i think if you didn't get enough sunshine you would probably have trouble falling asleep as it would upset your body clock
If you live in Alaska during the winter months. Actually, sunlight should increase your Vitamin D and help you sleep. You may have low melatonin levels and you need these for sleep cycles. Try eating a banana, yogurt or oatmeal in the evening as they all contain melatonin. There are also supplements or sleep tea in the grocery store with Valerian. Sweet Dreams.
hmmm at night there isnt sunlight, theres just light. :P

If u want to stay awake combine the light with the Nescafe(replace the milk with Coke) thats No1 boozer :))

Greets from Macedonia
not necessarily..there are still some factors that will affect your sleepiness and stuff..
If you get sunburned or kind of a "sun strike" you'll eventually won`t be able to sleep at all or perhaps you'll spend most of the night trying to sleep instead of having a pleasant dream.
Isn't that question an oxy moron? Sunlight and night are usually not together!! Unless you live in Alaska!!
