Dieting sucks..?


Question:
i HATE dieting! i do really well for about a week and i see results but after that, i just go downhill from there. any good suggestions?? I also want to take a natural weight-loss pill. Does anyone know of any good ones??

Weight loss pills simply controls hunger.
Better to find a diet you can live with because it is a way of life.

Eat 3 meals a day and a snack at night. The worst is to miss a meal and then consume twice as much because you're hungry.

Avoid sugars and limit your intake of starches as they tend to store fatty reserves in your system.

You can still enjoy chocolate cake you just can't eat half the cake.
And don't eat later than 8 pm. The worst thing is eating and going to bed. Impossible to burn off the calories.
Don't cut you diet to too little. Eat healthy and exercise. Weight loss pills arent effective and can be dangerous.
umm well wat i do is dont weight ur self at night and try excercising maybe more cuz i read that dieting pills arent good for u and it could do bad stuff to your health. try going to the site below its good
No sh*t!! Only one focus is necessary.....eat less & excercise more. Do you know what the best excercise is?? THE ONE YOU DO!!!! I used to diet all week then take Sundays off with no guilt. If you don't give yourself a chance to relax & dis' the guilt you'll only be miserabe & fall off like you said. Good luck!!
