Question:

Answer:
Being "gay" in itslef is NOT a risk for aquiring HIV.
However, having unprotected sexual intercourse with another man IS A HIGH RISK. This is why the highest at risk group for HIV are GAY MEN. IV drug abusers are #2.
if you play you pay
Do they follow a pure lifestyle? Do they commit themselves to on person for the rest of their life? If not...gay or strait...this equation can= AIDS!!! Yes even "safe" sex is risky!
All people do, sexual orintation has nothing to do with it. Protect yourself or better yet dont have sex.
no you ignorant a-hole! saying they have a"tendency" is almost making it intentional. the fact of the matter is that the African American community had the highest rates of infections. since it derived from Africa so they are more susceptible to being a carrier or contracting it.The HIV virus is so incredibly small, it is definitely possible to contract it even WHILE WEARING A CONDOM! condoms have the teeniest micro holes that can pass HIV right thru. everyone has the same chance of getting aids, it all matters on how much of a whore you are
though the very first cases reporting AIDS (well, the opportunistic infections primarily!) were gay men in america. this must be because of intercourse with multiple partners and non-commitment! whatever it is, playing it safe is the best way out, gay or straight!! and, i think condoms are pretty safe!
